The measurement process provides valuable feedback, and applies to both the UK as well as the export market.

The investment in manufacturing process in particular has benefited the Davico group enabling them to improve upon an increasing export sales order book and reduce reliance on imported goods.

Improvement in the company’s Quality Management Systems is done by regular review of it’s processes, resources, performance, and personnel. The company Quality Policy Statement is reviewed at each Management Review Meeting for it’s suitability, and effectiveness, and measurable quality objectives are set accordingly.

A key element to the maintenance of the Quality Management System is to ensure that the company’s policies, and objectives are clearly communicated to all company employees through informal meetings, and use of notice boards.
