Kit Boxes
Davico introduce a highly versatile Kit Box, which can be used for many combinations of components.
Although Davico directs the boxes to its own product range the boxes are promoted in their own right and can be supplied as separate items.
The boxes are solely a Davico product manufactured at their works in the UK and are constructed from a high impact polypropylene material with a clear hinged lid.
The base of the box can be coloured and the lid can have any individual logo moulded into the construction. This allows the whole system to be structured to meet many variable combinations of customer requirements.
Many combinations of kits can be supplied from the range of boxes as indicated. Typical standard ranges are as detailed in the product listings, but other are available.
An interlocking insert can be fitted into the boxes to convert the tool compartment into additional component sections (see diagram).
Stainless Steel Cable Ties
Technical Information
A range of high tensile cable ties with exceptional resistance to both weathering and ageing. The ties have a high resistance to corrosion and chemical attack, with special durability against salt water and spray. The A.I.S.I. 316 stainless material can achieve very high working temperatures and these are as indicated in Table 1 below. In order to achieve even higher degrees of protection some of the ties can be coated with a matt heat resisting polyester powder.

From Table 1 you will notice that the coating does restrict the working temperature, but enhances durability, for specification and test of the coating see Table 2.

Stainless Steel cable ties can be used in many varied applications of extreme mechanical, chemical, radiation and temperature environments such as aircraft, power plants, mines,tunnels, oil and gas platforms.
